Most-Used Baby Products (8 Months+)

Hey guys! I did my best to put together a list of all the baby products I feel like we use with Grace most often at her current age. Aside from the obvious diapers, wipes, food, etc… here’s what I came up with.

  • 3-in-1 Around We Go Activity Center – Grace LOVES this thing. She can walk around in circles (her favorite part) and stop to play at the activity center. The cool thing is that the walker is removable so she can stand at the activity center when she’s ready to. If you have a baby that isn’t standing quite yet, you can also remove the activity center from the table and place it on the floor for them. Super cool for all 3 stages!
  • Bumbo Multi Seat – We’ve been using this since Grace was able to sit up on her own. We opted to use this as her “high chair” and strap it to one of our dining chairs. The tray is removable as well.
  • NUK Learner Sippy Cup – So far, this has been the easiest sippy cup for Grace to use. She’s able to hold it up pretty well now too.
  • Aquaphor Baby Healing Ointment – This stuff has been our go-to since day 1. If she’s getting a slight rash in the diaper area, I’ll use this. You can use it for pretty much anything though!
  • Boudreaux’s Butt Paste Diaper Rash Ointment Maximum Strength and Baby Bum Brush – If Grace has a bad diaper rash, I’ll use this instead of the Aquaphor baby ointment. It really is maximum strength and helps the rash go away or significantly lessen within a day or 2. And trust me, you will want to buy the spatula for application because it’s SUPER thick and sticky!
  • Zarbee’s Naturals Children’s Cough Syrup – I like that Zarbee’s is more natural than the alternatives out there. I swear by this cough syrup if Grace is getting a runny nose, mucus-y or a slight cough. And I might be weird for saying this but it actually tastes pretty good to me lol.
  • Zarbee’s Naturals Baby Soothing Chest Rub – As if a baby’s sweet smell couldn’t get any better… rub some of this on their chest and back and you’ll be in heaven. This is another go-to if Grace is getting a runny nose, mucus-y or a slight cough.
  • Halo SleepSack Wearable Blanket Micro Fleece – Ever since Grace started rolling over, we’ve used these. I have a muslin one (for warm weather), a cotton one (for whenever), but since our winters get pretty cold I’m typically using the micro-fleece one right now.
  • Marpac Rohm Portable White Noise Machine – If you are on the go a lot, do yourself a favor and get this. We take it on long car rides, to Disneyland, overnight at a hotel, or if she’s staying at Grandma’s house for the day.
  • Hatch Baby Rest Sound Machine – This is our sound machine for at home in Grace’s nursery. We’ve also been using this since day 1 and it’s great.
  • Nosh Strawberry, Banana & Pumpkin Whole Grain Puffs – She loves these, and I love that they are made of whole grains and chickpeas. We snack on them too lol.
  • Thermal-Knit Bodysuit 3-Pack for Baby – Like I said earlier, our winters are pretty cold here so right now baby girl has been bundled up and in cozies most of the time. Old Navy doesn’t have the color set I bought anymore, but I linked the same product that’s available in a different colorway.
  • Relaxed Button-Front Hooded Sweater for Baby – You guys! Old Navy has awesome baby clothes, I’m telling you. They are reasonably priced and feel well-made. This is my faaavorite sweater. It’s so soft and they have super cute colors for both baby girls and boys.
  • Cat & Jack Cozy Jogger Pants – These are my favorite cozy pants for Grace and they are SOOO soft too. The only downside is that they are only available in sizes 12 months+ because they are technically for toddlers. Luckily Grace is a big girl and is wearing 12-18 month pants right now, lol!
  • Fisher-Price Rock-a-stack and Baby’s First Blocks Bundle – These 2 toys seem pretty basic and boring, but they are her favorites.
  • Oogiebear – For days when you don’t really need to suck their snot out, the oogiebear is amazing! It doesn’t piss Grace off as much as the snot-sucker lmao, and you can also use it for baby ears if you’d like. One end is for wet boogers and the other is for dry boogers, and the little bear ears make sure the device doesn’t go in too far. You know you’re a parent when this type of stuff excites you.

And that’s it! Do you use any of these things too? Have any questions about any of them? Let me know if the comments! Have a great rest of your week, everyone!
