As Gracie girl gets older, some things we swore by before have been officially retired, while new products have quickly become our (and her) favorites! Check out my picks for my top 10 baby products we are obsessed with at her current age. This post is NOT sponsored and all opinions are my own.
1. Bumbo Multi-Seat – Now that Grace can almost sit up on her own, this seat has been a lot of fun! Right now we use it as her high chair to feed her in. She gets super excited every time we put her in it because she knows it’s time to eat. It has a removable pad (little hunny has thick thighs so that thing had to go!), a removable tray, and it can be strapped onto most chairs.
2. Disney Baby Finding Nemo Jumper – My sister-in-law let us borrow this since her son is too old for it now. Grace LOVESSS this jumper. If you don’t get this one, get one similar to it! This thing is a lifesaver!
3. Hatch Baby Rest – We’ve been using this since Grace was born and can’t say enough good things about it! Grace sleeps in her crib not just for naps but also for bedtime now too, and this sound machine HAS to be on (we keep the night light off). We literally use this thing almost all day and all night! Current favorite settings are rain and ocean waves. Shoot, I even like it for my sleep.
4. Nylon Headbands – If you’re looking for affordable, cute, soft and super stretchy bows for your baby girl, get these on Amazon. There are tons of different styles and colors. I was spending a lot more money buying the same thing from other brands, but these are my favorite!
5. Keekaroo Peanut Changer – This is also another product we’ve been using since we first brought Grace home from the hospital. The best part of this product is that you can easily wipe it clean without having to wash any changing pad covers. Nobody has time for that crap. See what I did there?
6. Halo Sleepsack – Once Grace started rolling over, we had to say goodbye to our beloved Ollie swaddle. WHAT A SAD DAY THAT WAS. I was pretty nervous for her to make a smooth transition to sleeping without a swaddle, and luckily she’s done very well with this one. Because the seasons were changing at the time, it would either be a little too warm or a little too cool in our house and usually chilly at night. For this reason, I purchased a lighter muslin sleepsack for hotter temps, a cotton sleepsack for medium temps, and a micro-fleece sleepsack to keep her cozy and warm in colder temps. We put one on her not just for bedtime, but for naps too. I think it helps her understand that it’s time to go to sleep, no matter what type of sleep it is.
7. Skip Hop Portable Changing Mat – This is yet another product we’ve been using since the beginning. I like that everything is all-in-one and I can give it to Daniel to take with him when he needs to change her too.
8. UPPAbaby Vista Stroller – Grace graduated from the car seat/stroller system!! We *finally* added the RumbleSeat to our stroller and I’m obsessseddd. It can be forward-facing, parent-facing, and it reclines. I’ve been extremely happy with our entire UPPAbaby travel system (Mesa car seat + Vista stroller). Yes, it’s expensive. Yes, it’s worth it if you can afford it. Or better yet, add it to your registry and get it gifted as we did! Shoutout to my amazing cousin Caroline! She’s the real MVP here.
9. Aquaphor Baby Ointment – This stuff is the best. The. Best. I use it on any redness or rash that starts to appear and it helps so much!
10. YAY! Mats Expandable Tiles Playmat – Okay, I might seem a litte extra buying these expensive playmat tiles. Yes, I have a baby and our home doesn’t always look perfect. No, my living room aesthetic doesn’t need to suffer just because I have a baby. #sorrynotsorry
Well, that’s all of them! Have you tried or are you thinking of trying any of these products? Interested in seeing another top 10 list? Let me know!
