Ever since I had Grace, it’s been very difficult trying to adapt how I approach working full-time (+ photography + blogging). Annnd I try to workout in our home gym 4 days a week (plus an additional 1-2 days of jiu-jitsu). Obviously we all have other things on our to-do lists like keeping the house clean, making meals, making time for family and friends, and tons more. Girl, it’s hard getting all of it done AM I RIGHT? But, I’m thankful for a capable & healthy body + mind to be able to do all of these things, as well as a healthy and happy baby girl to now share this beautiful life with.
Last week I had the pleasure of hosting a group of incredible women in my home to work + workout. I put together a light brunch for us, we worked for a couple of hours (and decided that we loved our conversations so much that we didn’t get a whole lot done, lol!). Afterward, we completed a group circuit workout I put together in my home gym and finished off the day with some restorative yoga led by my friend and registered yoga teacher, Rebecca Ann of Really B Fit. Grace made a quick special guest appearance before Daniel took her out for some daddy + daughter time. 🙂
All of the girls got to take home a fun swag bag full of lots of goodies too! Scroll to the end of this post for all of the swag credits and shoutouts. Thank you to those of you who donated to the bags and event – you are all amazing!
